We'll be welcoming Grand American Adventures Reward customers to the The Exodus Collective, a similar loyalty scheme operated by Exodus. If you have travelled less than 3 times with Grand American Adventures previously you'll become a 'Globetrotter' member of The Exodus Collective, whereas if you have travelled more than 3 times previously with Grand American Adventures you'll become a 'Piorneer' member of The Exodus Collective. Can I now access award-winning adventures from all over the world with Exodus Travels?

Yes, you now have access to up to 500 award-winning adventures in 100 countries.

Can I use my Grand American Adventures Refund Credit Note on Exodus trips?

Yes, your Refund Credit Note is directly transferable with the same terms of use. Of course you can now use your Refund Credit Note on a much wider selection of tours, which includes the UK, Europe and every other continent.

Is my Refund Credit Note bonded? Under which company?

Yes, it is ABTA bonded until it expires under Exodus' bonding arrangement as the Grand American Adventures brand and the Exodus Travels brand are part of the same company.

Given the COVID disruption, will my Grand American Adventures or Exodus Travels trip still go ahead?

We are constantly monitoring the situation and will notify you in advance if your trip has been suspended. This is the same process for Grand American Adventures and Exodus Travels bookings.

You are holding a deposit for me from a cancelled Grand American Adventures booking, can I now use it with Exodus?

Your deposit is still held and will be valid to rebook on any Exodus Travels adventure. Our customer team will be in touch in the coming weeks to reconfirm the details.
