Our Journey
What Makes Exodus Travel Extraordinary

Award-Winning Adventures
As the experts in small group adventure travel, we work with some of the best people in the business and hold ourselves to the highest standards across everything we do. Over the years, we’ve received some of the most sought-after accolades in the travel industry – from Wanderlust and National Geographic Traveller to Conde Nast and more. But it’s your opinions that matter the most, which is why we’re proud to be rated “Excellent” on Trustpilot by you.

Expert Tour Leaders
Our expert local guides are at the heart of every Exodus adventure. Part storyteller, part trailblazer, part problem-solver, they’re the reason you see more, venture deeper, and laugh harder. Whether they’re translating the menu or introducing you to their favourite mountain tea stall, they bring every moment of your adventure to life. In certain destinations, we even work with third-generation guides – people who were truly born to lead the way. With Exodus, you don’t just visit a place – you’re welcomed into it, guide-first

Thriving Nature, Thriving People
Exploring the world comes with a responsibility to protect it. That’s why we’re committed to a nature-first, community-focused approach – and proud to be a certified B Corp, recognised for meeting high standards of social and environmental responsibility. Our Thriving Nature, Thriving People plan shapes how we design our trips and run our business. Through the Exodus Adventure Travels Foundation, we support grassroots projects that help protect nature and create opportunities for local communities so that travel can be a force for good.

As Seen In
‘I travelled to Abruzzo, the ‘wild heart’ of Italy and it was inspiring, informative and fun… The group all hit it off and the itinerary was a great balance of comprehensive but flexible and relaxed. The wildlife and tracking guides from Rewilding Apennines couldn’t have been more hospitable and helpful, and their passion to protect Abruzzo’s environment was infectious… En route to one of our 5am wildlife-watching sessions, we were lucky enough to see a pair of wolves loping through the valley beside us! The rare Marsican brown bear eluded us but we were thrilled to see traces of them, with claw marks on trees and hairs caught where they’d had a good scratch along the trail.’

“This wasn’t my first trip to the Baltics, but thanks to Exodus’ local guides, it was the first time I truly felt I’d ‘discovered’ what Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania have to offer. In Estonia, I was astonished to find a coastline dotted with thousands of untouched islands. In Latvia, we ventured into Soviet nuclear bunkers hidden away in national parks and explored beaches, like Jurmala, which can rival anywhere in the Mediterranean. And in Lithuania, the Hill of Crosses, Trakai Castle and the quirky neighbourhoods and bars of Vilnius rounded off a marvellous multi-country trip.”
