We offer our agents the option to download trip notes without the Exodus branding and stripping out hyperlinks that reference Exodus connections which might not be appropriate for the agent’s business practice when dealing with their clients.
The process to achieve this is simple but must be followed correctly for it to function as intended for the agent.
1. Locate the trip webpage for which you wish to see the Trip Notes.
2. Click on the ‘View Trip Notes’ button on the respective Trip page.
3. When the Trip Notes appear, add the following after the digits at the end of the URL: ?content=agents (as shown below):
e.g. https://www.exodus.co.uk/trip-notes/TDA/84554?content=agents
You can then save the Trip Notes as a PDF, or print them out for your clients.
