Are all Exodus itineraries available to be offered as a private group holiday?

Some of our itineraries cannot be offered as private departures for logistical reasons but the majority we can! Feel free to inquire with our expert sales team.

Is there a minimum or maximum group size?

We recommend that the minimum and maximum group size aligns with the group size shown on our website in order to guarantee the best experience. However, different group sizes for our private group tours can be requested and we will do our best to accommodate these.

Can any changes be made to Exodus itineraries when arranging a private group tour?

Itineraries are pre-determined but we have 500 trips to choose from that have been researched and vetted for the best experience possible for your private group adventure.

Can you arrange pre and post tour accommodation and other extras for private group adventures?

Yes, of course! We can arrange the same extras as we would normally offer on our group departures. This includes pre/post tour accommodation, private transfers, single supplements and e-bikes (where applicable).
