August 6, 2015 Read time - 1 minute The Great Migration is one of the greatest wildlife spectacles on Earth. Each year huge herds of wildebeest, zebra and gazelle migrate from their breeding grounds around Tanzania’s Ngorongoro Crater, through the Serengeti and up into Kenya’s Masai Mara before completing their circle of life the following spring. We find this phenomenon so fascinating, we decided to make an infographic about it! Packed full of facts, you’ll find out how soon a wildebeest calf can run after birth, why they work in harmony with other grazing animals and how much grass over a million wildebeest can munch through in a single day...
