Ronney was very hardworking also imparting knowledge along the way, long drives for him must have been tiring but he was always extremely helpful with luggage etc.
What a brilliant couple of weeks we had in India. Everything was taken care of without worry, feeling safe and free to take in all the trip had to offer. It was very full on with little time for rest. Our full recommendation to anyone looking to cover lots of Rajasthan and the Pushkar fest.
Most Inspirational Moment
Seeing a close up view of the Taj Mahal through one of the gates was a wow moment. We enjoyed Udaipur despite the weather, very pretty and so much shopping to be done. The food throughout was so enjoyable.

We had Varun on our trip. He was an excellent organiser, great company and the support team of driver and mate were stars. I don't know how they navigated us without incident on the infamous India roads.
Advice for Potential Travellers
Just go for it. Upgrade your camera options before you go - India is a permanent photo opportunity. Depending on the time of year you are thinking, wear thermals under rainproofs for the safari. We were unlucky with the weather and gutted we saw no tigers but it was an uncomfortable day on the trucks in the wet weather. Be prepared for cold showers, not all hotels had hot water. One thing we have to mention (more down the itinerary than anything to do with our personal trip) was such little time at Taj Mahal. The day should start earlier so if we had our time again we would request this. The last days and Taj day in particular was such a rush. Fab trip overall, will return to India one day.
The organisation for the trip was very good, Biju the tour guide and the driver were excellent. Biju did everything he could to make our tour a truly memorable one., anlways available to help and used his local knowledge to enhance our experience. Our driver was very helpful, courteous and drive very safely.
Most Inspirational Moment
The tea plantation walk, home cooking experience and the houseboat trip.

Biju was always extremely helpful, easily approachable and used his local knowledge and network of contacts to make our holiday a truly memorable one,. He worked extremely hard every day and always showed care and concern for all tour members. He is very knowledgeable and a truly nice person.
I absolutely loved this trip. The mix of culture, history, and food was incredible — you really feel the blend of East and West. From ancient sites to authentic meals and unforgettable landscapes, every day offered something new, meaningful and memorable. Having Ilhan as our guide made the experience even better — his knowledge, passion and local insight added so much depth to the journey.
Most Inspirational Moment
The hot-air balloon ride over Cappadocia at sunrise was absolutely breathtaking — seeing the fairy chimneys and valleys from above felt surreal. Later that day, Ilhan took us to a completely off-the-beaten-track spot where we could see the formations up close, with no one else around. Standing right beside them and learning how they were naturally created made the experience even more phenomenal.
Thoughts on Group Leader
Ilhan was amazing — incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and organized. He made every site meaningful and consistently took us to special spots throughout the tour that we never would have found on our own. The highlight was him guiding us to that hidden viewpoint in Cappadocia to experience the fairy chimneys up close. His insight and expertise genuinely elevated the entire trip.
I have made several trips with Exodus and always had an enjoyable experience. Customer care from the process of booking, pick up at the destination airport, the knowledgeable and competent guides, the limit on group size all make for a great experience from trekking in remote places to luxury tours. I know I can trust Exodus to deliver what is promised.
Most Inspirational Moment
Temples, tombs, pyramids, museums, sailing up the Nile, a luxury palace turned into a hotel; everyday had a highlight.

Absolutely wonderful. Michael (our group leader) was incredible. Best leader I’ve ever experienced. His knowledge and passion for everything elevated the trip experience through the roof.
This was a very well organised tour with an excellent tour leader and excellent local guides and back up teams who all helped us negotiate our travels and learn more about the different countries and their histories, customs , agriculture etc

Honestly it was all great - particular highlights were riding through the countryside and up to the Kuhn dan Prakan Chon Dam, cycling round Angkor Wat and hearing the history of all the inscriptions, cycling out to Tah prom, the Banteay Srei temple, the boat trip to the floating villages on Lake Tonle Sap, Sambour, the Genocide museum, the royal palace of Phnom Penh (even in the rain) and particularly the home stay in Vietnam

Amer is a first class guide; one of the best small group tour guides we have met. Well organised and an outstanding speaker; informative and engaging, talking to the group about the places we visited, the background stories and life in Jordan. We were a group of curious, like-minded travellers and Amer was always happy to answer our questions, even if they were about difficult subjects. I learnt a lot and gained a different perspective. The benefit of travelling.
