Lovely skiing, carefully planned (very little climbing for cross country by careful use of busses) with great leader.

A superb and diverse holiday and whilst the cycling was an important and preferred means of transport there was still a need for buses, boats, trains and planes to complete this intense journey.
Too many but Halong Bay probably was the most inspirational but surprisingly the cycles were not required! Yes, too many.
Chi, very well organised, very fit, with a genuine love of cycling and his country, its culture and history etc..
If you enjoy and in no particular order cycling, history, culture, people, fresh food, scenery, the great outdoors, cities then do it!
Wow, an amazing and varied holiday with plenty of transfers and locations steeped in the culture and history of Peru. You certainly will not get bored on this trip. Be prepared for the climate change from a temperate Lima, a tropical Amazon rain forest to the high altitude of the lovely Cuzco, Inca trail, Altiplano and Lake Titicaca.
The views were amazing but arriving at the Sun Gate and seeing Machu Picchu for the first time was definitely one of those moments you will never forget. We were luck to have glorious sunshine when we arrived, just to make the moment just that more magical.
We had a main group leader that joined us when we arrived at the rainforest and stayed with us until our return flight to Lima. Flaminia was an excellent leader, resolving problems, getting us from A to B and very knowledgeable on the Inca trail and the trip down to Lake Titicaca. In addition, we had guides in Lima, the Amazon and Lake Titicaca with all the specific knowledge of the area.
Be prepared for lots of travel, transfers and staying in different locations. The trip notes don’t prepare you for the endless packing and repacking, including at airports! We were fortunate that we could get some laundry done at the hotel on the 2 occasions we were in Cuzco, definitely a must if you can, after the rainforest and Inca Trail.
Had a great time. Breathtaking scenery & great way to see the Alps in a week.
Crossing the Col du Bonhomme.
Alison was great. Very informative but relaxed.
Lovely scenery at a relaxed pace.
The view from Saint Elijah and walking to the end of the overhanging platform. Also, the Yagodina Caves were great. Some very impressive stalagmites/stalactites. Shame you're not allowed to take photos.
In a word, excellent. She obviously had a passion for this area and nothing was too much bother. Her English was excellent. I did two trips in Bulgaria and I think both guides set the standards for a good group leader.
I thought the trip notes were pretty accurate although we didn't see many birds. That might be the due to the time of year, I don't know.
A good all round experience complemented with a good 1st and 2nd Guide
A good team spirit
All round a good bloke, good fun who led well.
Take plenty of warm clothes and 4s sleeping bag a must as Hut is very very -2/3 cold with only one small fire where all the guides well '3 sit directly infront' so no heat enters the room.
My first holiday with Exodus and ust about everything I wanted it to be. Would recommend as a good intro to holidaying on your own as there is a good mix of group/optional activities.
Probably Dubrovnik - sitting having a coffee just enjoying it all going on. Boat trip was also a highlight, lake swimming and some lovely meals too...
Super - very aware of different interests and needs and realloy efficient and accurate in the information and help she gave. Thank you Sanja.
Travel light, leaving room for buys, especially food items - love the honey with nuts and fruit in it. Also, if going in high summer, be aware that the long walk has little shade, though our leader was very good at building in rest stops when we found shade.
An excellent trip with scenic walks in a beautiful part of Italy and relaxing, friendly accomodation!
All the walks were excellent with each having it's own character. I felt they were all well paced and were of just the right length and challenge for me! There were many inspiring mountain views to be had! Lucca was well worth the visit on my free day! Braccicorti was an excellent place to stay - the family who run it were all very friendly and the ambiance of the location was very relaxing. The food was very good and plentiful and the group were excellent company!
Liz was excellent! She really went the extra mile for the group and did her very best to ensure everyone had a good trip!
Lucca is a great place to visit on your free day (hire bikes and cycle the walls) but you may be able to squeeze it in on the final day before your flight depending on times etc. if you want to go somewhere else! Italian trains are excellent so it's easy to get to Florence or somewhere after the trip if you wish to extend your stay!
Great holiday, excellent guide, good group size (8), exciting wildlife
Seeing sloths, the river trip, walking in the cloud forest
Excellent- enthusiastic, well informed and charming
Take walking boots
A fantastic way to take in the main highlights of Cuba in just one week.
I loved the variety in this trip, from the hustle and bustle of Havana, to the fiesta towns of the South, and beautiful Vinales. The catamaran trip was well worth the extra expense as it gave a rare opportunity to chill out for a few hours. You may be tired at the end of the week, but the extra trip out to Vinales was also worth the effort for the stunning scenery. Don't miss out!
Our group leader was very good, very informative and easy to talk to. Our bus driver was also very helpful, though he left the talking to the group leader. Everything was well organised.
If you can, take pens and soaps / hotel toiletries to give away to the locals.Bring shoes than can cope with cobbles in Havana, and a forest trek near Trinidad. Watch your handbags in Havana especially at night! And just to forewarn, bring your own loo-paper and Immodium, though the delicate tums on our trip could have been down to the amount of Mojitos consumed. Be prepared for poorly functioning bathrooms even in the 'good' hotels.
