Buenos Aires Trips

No holiday to Argentina is complete without visiting the cosmopolitan capital. Buenos Aires trips are a popular part of many of our holidays in the region – there is nowhere better to experience a fusion of Latin passion and European architecture. Culture lovers can surround themselves with the late Argentinian First Lady Eva Perón’s jewels and dresses at Museo Evita; or head to the Recoleta Cemetery, which holds the tombs of the city’s rich, famous and most powerful families. Ditch the big, gaudy tango shows for neighbourhood ‘milongas’ and witness real, pulsating, edge-of-your-seat tango. And from the street-food vendors selling succulent empanadas to the freshly caught seafood at the marina, Buenos Aires tours are ideal for those who love foodie holidays.

Absolutely stunning scenery but a lot of travelling and very little choice if vegetarian. Iguazu falls should be included if you can!
Trip notes very out of date, allow for much higher prices for optional activities and tipping.

Julia Martin Patagonian Highlights

This is my second trip with Exodus and I could not be more pleased. Already planning my third. The Iguazu Falls extension was over the top fun! The tour leaders that Exodus works with were all exceptional. Pamela with Aqua Grandes in Iguazu. In Patagonia on my lesser hikes, both Mathieus and Jorge were knowledgeable about wildlife – and we saw a lot! Condor (from afar), puma (up close), emus, rheas, guanacos, and plants and flowers and orchids, etc. SUPPORTIVE both literally and figuratively moving at my speed and letting me figure out the terrain.

Kathryn Warmus Patagonian Highlights

Exploring the dramatic, captivating and beautiful Patagonian landscape in two short weeks. The weather ranged from windy, cold, to warm and sunny all in the same day. For those of you who are into photography you’re in for a treat.
Did I tell you about the wind?
