Join Exodus to explore the coastal city of Dubrovnik, the Pearl of the Adriatic, in southern Croatia. The star attraction here is the medieval old town, enclosed by fortified walls on a peninsula. Now a World Heritage site, it promises narrow winding streets teeming with small stores and restaurants, plus magnificent baroque architecture. Additionally, the old port still operates a brisk trade in fresh fish and no Dubrovnik trip is complete without sampling the local take on crni rižot (cuttlefish ink risotto).
