A great way to visit 4 countries and their capitals in a short time. We were fortunate to be travelling with a lovely group of interesting people who were all well travelled and fairly laid back. Thus quite accepting of changes.
Most of the hotels were adequate according to the specified grade but Hotel Staadioni in Kussaare was more like a youth hostel with a very poor breakfast.

Short Breaks in Finland
ANGELA HORTON Walks of the Baltics and Finland
Larry Meyers Best of Norway, Sweden & FinlandThe trip provided an overview of three Nordic countries each unique in its own ways. It is a busy trip that makes use of local ferries, ground transportation and of course walking as part of the orientation to allow you to explore the cities and sights. Given a couple of train rides and an overnight ferry and you can say you have experienced the countries.
Mark Bershatsky Finnish Wilderness WeekA whole week’s worth of “things I’ve never done before” experiences! A wide variety of winter-oriented activities, each of them special in their own right. Basecamp provided some great accomodations (both food and lodging) and the guides were first class. Strongly recommend for anyone who is looking for a winter getaway. I have been on six adventure-oriented trips with a travel group and this was my favorite one.
