Leader Awards

We pride ourselves in having some of the best tour leaders in the business. Since 1974, we’ve selected expert leaders for their sheer dedication, incredible local knowledge and wide range of skills because we believe that it makes all difference between you having a good trip and having that trip of a lifetime. This, after all, is what sets us apart and makes us Your Guide to the World.

Over the years, we receive huge volumes of positive feedback from clients praising their tour leaders, but we want to go that one step further to make sure our expert leaders are recognised for their hard work through our Exodus Adventure Travels Leader Awards. So, make sure your favourite leaders get the credit they deserve by voting for them this year!

What happens now?

From your nominations, we will compile a shortlist of the top ten Exodus tour leaders for the year. A panel of widely travelled expert judges will then make the final decision, based on client votes, comments and feedback from the trips that they have led during 2024.

THE PRIZE

The tour leader who you and our expert panel of judges consider to have the unrivalled expertise, passion and drive to be awarded our Leader of the Year Award will be given a prize of £1000, half of which will be given to the leader, and the other half will be given to a charity of their choice. Most of our leaders like to give back to the communities they guide in, which is why many choose to donate to the Exodus Travels Foundation which aims to improve life through travel for the places we visit, the people we meet, and the planet we explore through community empowerment projects, conservation initiatives and providing emergency disaster relief to our destination communities.
