I've read conflicting visa requirements (UK). Am I right its is £75 per person, it can be paid on entry, cash GB pound or US dollar?

Also for this trip can anyone give an indication of personal spend (GB pound) - presumably able to exchange cash at airport.

Are the crocs friendly? (only kiddin)

According to the Foreign & Commonwealth Office advice, British passport holders require a visa to enter Zambia.   Single entry visit visas are available at all ports of entry.  The Zambian Government has confirmed that the visa fees for British nationals have been reduced from £75 to US$50 for a single entry visa and from £240 to US$80 for a multi-entry visa, although the latter is not available at ports of entry and must be applied for before travelling. It is important to carry the exact amount with you, as change may not be available.  For further information on Zambian visa requirements, you should contact the Zambian High Commission in London or visit Zambia Department of Immigration,
There is not a lot of opportunities to spend money on this trip - we suggest bringing approximately $200 USD (£125 GBP) for extra drinks/snacks while on the safari and for any souvenirs you may wish to purchase.   Once you join the tour, the driver can take you to a Bureau de Change so you do not need to change money ahead of time.

Enjoy your holiday!

Take care,

Do not take travellers cheques to Zambia as they are virtually impossible to  change even in cities or large towns
