This is a quick trip that gives an insight into the Cuban way of living across the island.
I thoroughly enjoyed my week in Cuba, go with the flow and embrace it. You will experience blackouts, limited water pressure, limited wifi, poverty but that is part of seeing the real Cuba.
To visit the different areas you have to spend the coach time travelling but it was worth it as I enjoyed every destination.

Adventure Holidays to Vinales
One of Cuba’s greatest natural attractions, Viñales has been declared a National Natural Monument for its remarkable landscapes. The valley, in Pinar del Río province, is a fine example of a karst valley, where mogotes, knolls with rounded tops and steep slopes, contrast harmoniously with the flat surface of the valley where they stand.
The valley floor you is intensively cultivated – mainly tobacco, taro and bananas -dotted with farmers’ houses, all forming a rural landscape of great beauty. Old-fashioned farming methods are still used in Viñales, notably to grow tobacco. The local population is an ethnic mix that illustrates the cultural development of the Caribbean and Cuba in particular.
The flora is an important element in Viñales, with several plants endemic to Cuba. Viñales has been on UNESCO’s World Heritage List since November 1999 as a cultural landscape enriched by traditional farm and village architecture.

Denise Martins Highlights of Cuba
Martin Samuels Highlights of CubaThis was a trip of variety in a very different culture with plenty of different experiences. The Cuban people have a lively spirit, both in their rum and in their music and these are readily available through the trip from city to beach. The trip provides a great feel for the people, their lives, history, economy and their struggles. Although a poor country, the people and the visit were overall uplifting. The trip flew by but will remain a memorable visit.
Ilenia Barausse Highlights of CubaCuba had been on my bucket list for a very long time and it did not disappoint. What an amazing trip this was, perfect in every way! Cuba offers so much: beautiful and diverse countryside, colourful historic towns ,fantastic beaches and the friendliest people I have ever met. I was also very lucky to share this experience with a lovely group of like-minded people who made this experience extra special.
