Stunning walks along this beautiful coastline
A fairly relaxing week of walking, talking, sunshine and learning about this corner of Portugal

Our evening trip to watch the sun setting into the Atlantic- accompanied by a glass of bubbly and plenty of laughter

Fantastic coastal walking & beaches.
It was our first visit to Portugal and the coastal scenery was fantastic. The 3 hotels were comfortable and the food good. Our guides Luis and Ines were knowledgeable, enthusiastic and passionate to share the local area with us and ensure that we had the best experience. The coastal walking has stretches of soft sand but also some rocky ascents and descents. We loved having time on the beaches and in the sea. The weather was lovely and warm in September with only 1 short shower during the week.
Most Inspirational Moment
We had a fantastic week with good company, amazing scenery, good food and good views of the cliff nesting white storks and other sea birds.
Thoughts on Group Leader
Luis and Ines were outstanding guides and went above and beyond to give us a great weeks walking in coastal Portugal.
Advice for Potential Travellers
Shoes and or walking boots with good grip.

A fantastic trip
A fabulous trip with stunning views, excellent local restaurants and amazing company.
Be prepared for steep, short climbs (assisted with s rope!), giggles with guides, fantastic restaurant recommendations and leisurely walks too.
I have learnt so much about the wildlife and vegetation there from the guides.
Most Inspirational Moment
Splashing in the waves on day 2, then strolling along the sandy beach barefoot - wonderful
Thoughts on Group Leader
Inês and Luis were great fun, so knowledgeable and supportive. They made the trip an absolute pleasure
Advice for Potential Travellers
Make sure you bring a light shower coat, shorts are fine but walking shoes:boots essential really. Make use of the lovely pools and river (in Vila Nova Millflores) as it eases your tired muscles

Great walks on a variety of terrain
A great holiday, with amazing guides, beautiful beaches, a lovely group and ideal walking weather – what more could you ask for. The walks vary in length and terrain, so be prepared to clamber up rocks, walk on soft sand and along rocky cliff tops. Interesting activities and relaxation time also included.
Most Inspirational Moment
The beautiful beaches, sunsets and views.
Thoughts on Group Leader
Luis and Ines were exceptional leaders, very attentive and organised ensuring the group were well looked after. Both leaders were great fun and passed on their knowledge of what we saw/visited on the walks on a daily basis. They took the time to get to know the group, listening to feedback and answering questions. Both leaders went over and above to ensure the group had a great holiday, which was definitely achieved.
Advice for Potential Travellers
Wear walking boots or shoes, not trainers, as some of the terrain is rocky and uneven therefore foot/ankle support is required. Take plenty of sunscreen and insect repellent.
