Fun and Challenging Weekend away from the Office

This was a very good trip, and ideal for those who find it difficult to get the time off work for adventure, or in particular, those whose inbox floods if you take too much time off! The scenario around the summit of this peak is beautiful and the climb itself is a good test, but very achievable for those with a decent level of fitness.

Discover Colombia AAK

My first group tour & my first time to South America. A well organised and interesting trip. Nice group of people from all over the UK and Europe from various backgrounds and age groups. Very informative site seeing tour with easy walks within national parks, coffee regions and city locations. Enough time on your own if needed to look around, yet always felt part of the group.

cycle Indochina & Angkor

I thought the whole of the trip was excellent and very well organised. Nee and all of the staff in the 3 countries visited gave a very good service with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble. Nee made the trip memorable.

A wonderful trip

I've wanted to cycle Cuba since I first visited in 1998 and saw cyclists arrive at my hotel. Yes, it's taken me a long while to finally get there and I was afraid I may be disappointed but this is a brilliant trip that will leave you wanting to do it all over again. We were lucky to have Freddy as our guide and he was an absolute professional. Every step of the tour was designed for us to get the most out of each day and evening.

Interesting and educational trip.

A fabulous holiday with a great group of people. Would now love to go back and see more of Vietnam. I felt that I had gaps in my education completed about the effect of the American war on both Vietnam and Cambodia. Also the absolute devastation of Pol Pot's reign was made clear. The Exodus booklist was useful but in particular read 'First they Killed my Father' (about Cambodia) if you go on this trip.

top time and top group

For me the photos. There was a stack of things to see and the locations, the quiet roads for cycling even the restaurants meant that there was always something to see and photo.

Discover Ethiopia

Ethiopia well exceeded our already high expectations, and we had a really wonderful trip. This was helped by having a superb tour manager/guide in Gebre who really was the best guide we have ever had, in any of our travels to countries across the world. He was most professional and competent, remaining calm and dealing skilfully with whatever situation presented, ensuring that our comparatively large and diverse group all had a safe and enjoyable journey.

Ancient Sites, Friendly People

This was a tour of an amazing country. Turkey is an amalgam of people that have arrived over the centuries, leaving behind a wonderful heritage; there are so many ancient sites that the local population have lived alongside and only recently begun to appreciate. And yet it is amazingly self-sufficient in the modern climate of globalization.
