When you book your flights along with your tour, you’re fully protected under the Package Travel Regulations. Plus, our specialist Aviation team is on hand 24/7 if anything goes awry. From schedule changes and cancellations to strikes or weather disruption, we’ll sort everything quickly and smoothly, at no extra cost to you.

Extend your trip

We can book extra nights before or after your trip in many destinations, and in some places offer multi-day extensions too. You can also break your journey with a stopover en route. If you’re interested, your sales representative can guide you on the best options and flights to suit your plans.

Meeting your group

Each departure has either a set rendezvous point and time for the group transfer, or a free transfer to your start hotel to meet your guide and group. Our team will talk you through the details so you know exactly where to be and when, and we’ll organise flights and transfers accordingly. Book ahead

Most airlines release flights 11 months before departure, so if you’re booking earlier than that, let us know your plans and we’ll get in touch as soon as flights open. We recommend securing your place on the trip now, and we’ll talk you through your flight options the moment they become available.

Guaranteed fares on selected trips

For several of our most popular trips, we pre-book seats with airlines to secure fares during busy times of year. These guaranteed flights are from London and are available to you, subject to availability, whenever a trip is marked ‘Guaranteed flights available from London’. It’s a simple way to ensure you can still travel even when flights are filling up.

Travel by Train

If you’re travelling from the UK or Europe, many of our adventures can be reached by train. It’s a lower-carbon choice and often a more relaxing start, with remarkable scenery en route. For more, see Travel by Train.

If you are booking within 90 days of departure, we require full payment for your holiday and flights at the time of booking. Flights are quoted on a no obligation basis. We do not work with Ryanair.
