If you want to start the year with a rewarding challenge, our Kilimanjaro Climb – Lemosho Route trip, gives you the chance to summit the world’s tallest freestanding mountain. The month of January offers ideal trekking conditions, as its less crowded and the trails are not as slippery, making it easier to navigate. With minimal rainfall in January, the drier conditions also allow trekkers to spot wildlife more easily, including blue monkeys at lower altitudes and birds like sunbirds, and tawny eagles higher up.  

For a more laid-back island life experience, our Belize Reef & Ruins trip during January is an excellent choice as it’s in the dry season, offering sunny days and comfortable temperatures between 21-27°C. This weather is perfect for exploring Mayan ruins, enjoying pristine beaches, and experiencing world-class snorkelling. Dry season enhances snorkelling and diving experiences, so expect to see iconic marine species like sea turtles, rays, and nurse sharks near the Belize Barrier Reef.
