From the coastal paths of Croatia’s Dalmatian Coast to her latest trip, Dolomites, Lake Garda & Venice ride, seeing a destination on two wheels is Bee’s favourite way to explore. When she’s not pedaling or racing down hills, she enjoys ‘slow’ travel, such as walking in Costa Rica’s rainforests and searching for howler monkeys, toucans and sloths.
