The treasures of Tutankhamen at the museum, the pyramids, the Valley of the Kings, the felucca ride, the Philae temple with the story of its move.

Noha was an absolute joy as a leader. She had a very pleasant manner, she was very knowledgeable which helped us to understand what we saw, she engaged socially with the whole group and gave good advice.

The valley of the kings, and in particular the SETI tomb which was an extra but was well worth the money as it was virtually empy whilst all the other tombs were heaving with tourists.

Andrew was fantastic and a font of knowledge about the Egyptian culture and history of the area. He was always keen to impart his knowledge and he made the whole experience superb.

Sayed was extremely knowledgeable but more than that displayed genuine enthusiasm for the subject. His friendly and helpful manner was complemented by a great sense of humour.

Inas, our tour leader and Egyptologist was so knowledgeable, and so patient, making sure that everyone's needs were taken into account.

Inas was excellent, so organised, experienced, knowledgeable, informative, amd worked hard to ensure that everyone's needs were taken care of. She even organised special foods to be prepared so that we could taste Egyptian cuisine. She worked very hard and was always available should she be needed. I learnt so much on the trip and had a fabulous time

Alex recommended that I join this trip at a later date as mine was cancelled and was very helpful. Chady kindly met us at Cairo airport was supportive and helpful in directing us to the visa queue and checking on our luggage. Inas was a most informative and knowledgeable guide throughout and sorted any questions etc efficiently and well.

He was fantastic. It was irriating that everything was preferred to be paid in cash - having a system for card payments would be cheaper and more convenient for us, and surely easier for him too. I was shocked how much cash some people carry!

Everything was very well arranged and we had an excellent guide whose enthusiasm inspired us all. The day in Cairo was rather busy but overall the trip was very well planned and we saw some mind blowing sites every day. We also loved the quiet moments cruising along the Nile

There were so many it is hard to single out one so to list a few, they were the first tomb we entered with the amazing colours, the Tutankhamen exhibits in the museum and the tomb of Tutankhamen. Closely followed by Abu Simbel.

Ahmed was an outstanding guide. His knowledge of the history and culture was superb and the enthusiasm with which he imparted it was second to none. We all felt we could not have had a better guide. His kindness and thoughtfulness was also wonderful.
