A two-time Leader of the Year contender, Dilip has been a firm favourite with Exodus travellers for years. He’s been guiding tours around his home country for more than a decade, swapping expertly between culture-rich explorations to cycling and hiking excursions. He also holds a tourism diploma from the University of Colombo and completed the National Tourist Guide Training Programme. When he’s not leading trips, you may find him enjoying some of his other hobbies: singing, dancing and photography.
