Introducing Giuseppe

Hailing from Corato, a Puglian town that produces exceptional olives for olive oil, Giuseppe was born into the natural beauty and culture of the region. He’s now a licensed tour guide with a passion for uncovering the local wonders, not least the endless gastronomic delights. He’s taken olive oil-tasting and oenology courses, and is currently working towards an agriculture and forestry degree at Bari University.
