We had the best guide I’ve ever encountered. His name is Armand and he is the most ressourceful/knowledgeable guide I’ve ever seen. The driver Arsene was also super friendly and professionnal. It’s not for the faint of heart because there is a LOT of elevation but for anyone decently fit it is qui pleasurable. We had the most amazing views everywhere we went and everything was well planned out and smooth.

Raymond anthony Nicholas Porto to Lisbon Atlantic RidePorto and Lisbon are fabulous places to discover if you have a few days and love coffee shops. Lots to do there,lots to see,eat and drink. I could happily spend 3 or 4 days in each city. Some of the small fishing ports were fab too. On the whole it was a little too windy cycling along the coast and uphill but i’m glad I did the trip.
Eilidh Gunn Cycling Puglia & MateraGuides were fantastic- knowledgeable, clearly very experienced, fun, kind, relaxed and paid a lot of attention to detail – we were unlucky with the weather but they were so supportive and helped us make the best of it.
Great group – I know this is a bit of a lottery but everyone was good fun and it made a huge impact on my trip.
Locations and stops on the trip – ie, the routes were spectacular and felt like a real taste of the area geographically, culturally and historically. Hotels were of a high standard and massieras were beautiful. Great food and restaurants.
