Highlights of our Italy Tours
1. Amalfi Coast: With shimmering seas, soaring cliffs and glittering coves, the Amalfi Coast is a great introduction to our Italy tours and practically a second home for us. Based at Hotel Due Torri, we explore the best of the region: secluded mountain paths, cliffside towns and chic Capri, often with the chance to visit Pompeii and Mount Vesuvius.
2. Tuscany: From the rolling vineyards of the south to the mountainous north, our trips to Tuscany take you away from the tourists. Explore by bike or on foot, but always with the chance to fuel your adventure with great food and world-renowned wines.
3. Sicily: Our Sicily tours get under the skin of Italy’s largest island – a culture-packed destination of ancient ruins, medieval churches and prehistoric caves. And then there’s the food: pronounced by locals as the best in Italy.
4. The Dolomites: Spectacular mountain routes are linked by a series of fixed cables, ladders and bridges. Ranging from simple to technically difficult, they give you the opportunity to explore breath-taking mountain scenery on our walking and trekking tours.
5. Puglia: The heel of Italy’s boot, Puglia is one of the lesser-known destinations from our Italy tours. Don’t let that fool you. The Apulia region will surprise you with its picturesque landscapes, ancient hilltop towns, emerald waters, and lush farmlands dotted by ancient olive trees and conical shepherd huts known as trulli.
With so much to see and experience, you’ll not want to miss our trips to Italy.

“Raised in the countryside of North Italy, I cherish la vendemmia (the harvest). Picking grapes with family and friends, then sharing food and wine, are some of my best memories, so returning home in September and October always brings back the magic of those moments. Prosecco, Tuscany and Umbria are ideal destinations to celebrate the occasion. ”
Italy’s climate varies throughout the country but visitors can expect hot, dry summers and fairly cold, rainy winters. Similar to the UK, spring and autumn can bring both pleasant weather and cooler, wetter conditions.
Central and southern Italy experience the hottest, driest summer months with the major cities seeing temperatures of up to 40 degrees in July and August. October and November see the most rainfall in the north of the country, while the Italian Alps is the place to go for winter snow activities.
Our tours to Italy take place over six to 15 days, with most of our trips lasting eight days in total. The exact length depends on the tour and itinerary chosen but we’ve tailored all our Italy trips to make sure you get the most out of your visit.
Along with organised activities and sightseeing, you’ll often get free time in your itinerary to soak up the atmosphere and explore or relax however you want.

Shakuntala Jewram Walking the Amalfi CoastThis was my first Exodus trip and it was very disappointing. For the pros, the hikes were amazing and the hotel was cozy and comfortable. However, for our group of 16, six of us were placed with a private group of 10 friends who were celebrating a birthday and we were treated as tag alongs. One of the six joined another group and the remaining five were basically ostracized from the group. From the first night where our guide did not meet with us, we felt left out. We were seated separately for meals, given very little instructions, had separate what’s app group set up, etc, while we watched the cohesion of the other groups and how well their group leaders led them. Once or twice, another group leader would come by to give us information after noticing that we were left out. It left a very bitter taste and moved a few of us to tears by the end of the trip.
Charlene Wiltshire Italy Coast to Coast by E-bike: Puglia to Amalfi CoastThis e-bike trip with Exodus was absolutely incredible. Riding from the Adriatic to the Tyrrhenian coast offered stunning views, charming villages, and amazing local food. The e-bikes made the hills manageable and fun, and our guide was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and super organized. Everything from accommodations to luggage transfers ran smoothly. A perfect blend of adventure, culture, and comfort. Highly recommend!
Siobhan Hughes Sicily Grand TourA very immersive trip that travelled the whole way round Sicily visiting beautiful towns and historical sites on the way. Our guide Tiziano was passionate about showing us the real Sicily and made sure we visited all the best sites, ate the best food and experienced new and exciting things at every stop. All the hotels were well placed to allow us to explore on our own. The expert guides we met at the historical sites were amazing and super knowledgeable and made each of the site come to life
