Highlights of our Italy Tours
1. Amalfi Coast: With shimmering seas, soaring cliffs and glittering coves, the Amalfi Coast is a great introduction to our Italy tours and practically a second home for us. Based at Hotel Due Torri, we explore the best of the region: secluded mountain paths, cliffside towns and chic Capri, often with the chance to visit Pompeii and Mount Vesuvius.
2. Tuscany: From the rolling vineyards of the south to the mountainous north, our trips to Tuscany take you away from the tourists. Explore by bike or on foot, but always with the chance to fuel your adventure with great food and world-renowned wines.
3. Sicily: Our Sicily tours get under the skin of Italy’s largest island – a culture-packed destination of ancient ruins, medieval churches and prehistoric caves. And then there’s the food: pronounced by locals as the best in Italy.
4. The Dolomites: Spectacular mountain routes are linked by a series of fixed cables, ladders and bridges. Ranging from simple to technically difficult, they give you the opportunity to explore breath-taking mountain scenery on our walking and trekking tours.
5. Puglia: The heel of Italy’s boot, Puglia is one of the lesser-known destinations from our Italy tours. Don’t let that fool you. The Apulia region will surprise you with its picturesque landscapes, ancient hilltop towns, emerald waters, and lush farmlands dotted by ancient olive trees and conical shepherd huts known as trulli.
With so much to see and experience, you’ll not want to miss our trips to Italy.

Central and southern Italy experience the hottest, driest summer months with the major cities seeing temperatures of up to 40 degrees in July and August. October and November see the most rainfall in the north of the country, while the Italian Alps is the place to go for winter snow activities.
Our tours to Italy take place over six to 15 days, with most of our trips lasting eight days in total. The exact length depends on the tour and itinerary chosen but we’ve tailored all our Italy trips to make sure you get the most out of your visit.
Along with organised activities and sightseeing, you’ll often get free time in your itinerary to soak up the atmosphere and explore or relax however you want.
Alison Coote Tuscany Walks & Chianti WinesVery well organised trip with excellent guide. Generally discovering the beautiful scenery of Tuscany, visiting the nearby villages and towns and the trips to Siena and Florence.
Eilidh Gunn Cycling Puglia & MateraGuides were fantastic- knowledgeable, clearly very experienced, fun, kind, relaxed and paid a lot of attention to detail – we were unlucky with the weather but they were so supportive and helped us make the best of it.
Great group – I know this is a bit of a lottery but everyone was good fun and it made a huge impact on my trip.
Locations and stops on the trip – ie, the routes were spectacular and felt like a real taste of the area geographically, culturally and historically. Hotels were of a high standard and massieras were beautiful. Great food and restaurants.
Bruce Zapor Cycling Puglia & MateraExodus is well organized. I can depend on accommodations to be good quality. I can count on head guide to be knowledgeable. This was my second trip with Exodus. So I know from experience Exodus trips are well designed. I am planning a third trip with Exodus for next year.
