For International Women’s Day, and this year we’re honouring the phenomenal women in the travel industry who make our adventures so special.

We’ve been pioneering new adventures for 45 years, but now we’re changing the face of the travel industry in a different way: by addressing the gender imbalance amongst our talented, hardworking leaders.

Balance For Better

As a global travel company, we work across many cultures – some of which are more open to championing women than others.

This year, the theme for International Women’s Day is Balance For Better. Behind the scenes here at Exodus, we’ve been working to empower women to be able to choose a career as an Exodus leader regardless of where they are in the world, whilst being sensitive to cultural differences along the way. Now we’ve started to see some of the results – and we can’t wait to share them with you.

We’ve always been committed to sustainable travel, and choosing to champion a more balanced workforce across the world is just one way we’re working towards our goal of making travel beneficial for all. The mission is well underway, and we’re thrilled to spend this International Women’s Day all about our progress and our plans for the future.
