We’re very sorry to hear of Sarah’s experience in the lead-up to her trip, and are so disappointed that there was a frustrating lack of communication at a time when she was seeking information and assurances. While it’s no excuse, during particularly busy travel periods response times can sometimes slip below what we aim to deliver. That said, Sarah’s repeated attempts to reach out without reply fall well short of the service we strive for, and we regret the stress this caused her.
We’re pleased to confirm that Sarah’s trip has now been fully confirmed, and a senior member of our team has personally followed up with her to ensure her questions have been answered and she feels supported going forward.
We appreciate Sarah’s honest feedback, as it helps us identify where improvements need to be made, and we’ve followed up with our operations team to make sure her experience isn’t repeated for future travellers. Our team is usually very responsive and proactive in assisting our customers, and it’s disappointing that we fell short here.
