Walking here was beautiful. The food for breakfast and the 4 course dinners were delicious and memorable. The hotel staff were kind, friendly and always with a smile. They were always willing to help.

Luis was an excellent leader. He was very attentive and encouraging to all. He is personable and has a thorough knowledge of the area flora, fauna, and history. He went out of his way to make us feel at home in his country. Laura stood in well the day Luis had to be away. She was very helpful to me.
Advice for Potential Travellers
Change seating during meals! We got to know our group well with this practice.

Most Inspirational Moment
The whole trip was great, the three main cities of course lived up to expectations. Also it was nice to balance the trip out with several castles, smaller towns such as Tartu and Kaunas and the seaside areas of Jurmala and the Curonian Spit.

Lukus, was an excellent guide, who spoke with great enthusiasm and knowledge about the history and culture of the three countries.
Advice for Potential Travellers
If travelling outside of the summer months, then pack lots of layers as our trip in early May started off at 6c and sunny, then ended up being 20c in Vilnuis. Also there's no point bringing GBP in cash as the exchange rate for Euros is really low (it was 1.15 in the UK but 0.89 locally in May24). Most bars & restaurants take cards. As previously stated in other reviews, be aware of prompt 9am departures on all days. The advantage is that no time is wasted and you see so much more.
Suggestions
Take a Lonely Planet guide book for the Baltics, it proved useful to read about and find other places to visit when you get spare time in the main cities. Also check you get free roaming as some UK providers charge for data, despite all countries being in the EU.

My Amalfi Coast Trip
Overall it was phenomenal, the perfect time of year and amazing hikes. The Hotel Due Torri was a wonderful spot with incredible people working there. However, I personally thought the food was not good and had asked for a gluten free diet but was not given one. Most of the issues I had were the fault of Exodus not the leader or anything else. The other HUGE problem was the disparity of the athletic ability of the group, as a result of this, on the day of the Path of the Gods, we were hours late and this prevented us from truly enjoying the hike and missing out on the events we had not time for. There needs to be TWO leaders and an assessment of the pariticipants. While I loved our leader Roberta, her solution to this problem was to force those of us who were more athletic to the end of the pack! At one point she said my energy was bothering those who were slow and there was no regard for those of us who wanted to move ahead. The focus was always on the needs of those who were struggling as opposed to those of us who met the criteria set by Exodus in order to comfortably hike the designated paths. This was incredibly frustrating! Those of us who met the criteria for the trip were punished and those who did not were accomodated over and over again. The other issue I had was the lack of transportation options provided to and from the airport. While the trip says transfers are included this is not really the case. I was told to wait five hours in the Naples airport for my free transfer! This was my first day in Italy and there was no way I was waiting in an airport, it cost me 160 euros to get to the hotel. Then on the way back, again no accomodations were made despite multiple emails prior to my trip asking for the transfer. I asked for reimbursement at a minimum for the 70 Euros it cost me to get to my hotel but that was refused.
I think for the most part Exodus does a good job of arranging these trips but greater efforts must be made to ensure the athletic level is compatiable and transfers fro everyone are provided.
Most Inspirational Moment
There were many! The Path of the Gods, the hike to the top of the other mountain, the leader, Stephano, on the Mt. Vesuvius hike was incredible in his knowledge and his willingness to move the group along and not dawdle and waste time. The town of Bomerano and the lovely room I stayed in were really wonderful.

Roberta was great, I am not sure she was able to change things to accomodate everyone but I feel like something should have been figure out.
Advice for Potential Travellers
Make sure you find out about the transfers and the compatiability of your fellow travelers!
Suggestions
I would definitely go with Exodus again but I will get something in writing that they will provide the transfers that are reasonable given my arrival and departure times and also that I am on a trip with people of the same skills.

The walks are leisurely but interesting.

The farmhouse near Ostuni was amazing. The other two hotels were different to those advertised. In Alberobello my husband and I were in an apartment 5 minute walk away from the hotel; in Matera the hotel was much more like a conference hotel; it had no character and the staff were not too friendly.
Brilliant trip
The trip was absolutely wonderful. Julian Perry is so enthusiastic and so so knowledgeable about the wildlife and flowers of the Rodopi mountains it is impossible not to have a great great holiday. The hotel is comfy and the food is delicious and Mari and her team can’t do enough to make sure you enjoy your stay.

Julian Perry is just brilliant, not just knowledgeable about the wildlife and the Rodopi mountains but is so interesting. He was also calm and caring when some of the group had problems with their flights. But best of all is his love & enthusiasm for the wildlife and people of the Rodopi just shines out

Albania is definitely worth a visit.
A wonderful trip from beginning to end!
I had a brilliant experience walking and wine tasting in Tuscany, led by our fantastic guide, Jordan. This trip has a good balance of picturesque walks, wine tasting and city days and offers a great introduction to one of Italy’s most beautiful and historic regions. Our itinerary ran seamlessly and there was never a moment where I felt it was too full-on, as we were given plenty of free time between activities. I would do this trip again in a heartbeat!

Plan ahead for the free day. There are activities you can book through the hotel but availability can be limited.
Suggestions
Take a multi-plug adapter as there aren't many sockets in the hotel rooms.
Trip of a lifetime
Costa Rica Adventure truly lived up to my bucket list expectations, from zip-lining in the cloud forest to staying in an eco lodge in the middle of the rainforest, we were immersed in a paradise of wildlife.
Most Inspirational Moment
My personal highlight was a sunset cruise along the coast of Carillo with a pod of dolphins swimming in the bow of the boat. We were also lucky enough to see multiple families of sloth at our farm to table culinary tour at an organic farm.

We were so lucky to have the lovely Glenda as our tour leader. I learned so much from her about Costa Rica's unique biodiversity. Glenda's knowledge of Costa Rica and her ability to spot wildlife was incredible, her enthusiasm about her country was fantastic and she was great fun, making us laugh everyday. She made sure the tour was extremely well organised and everyone had a great time!
Advice for Potential Travellers
A good camera is worth bringing as the wildlife spotting opportunities are endless! would recommend bringing plenty of insect/mosquito repellent, quick dry clothing and a higher SPF sunscreen than you'd usually use.
