The Loyalty Club – Terms & Conditions
- These terms and conditions for the Exodus Loyalty Club are between you, the customer, and Exodus Travels Limited (“Exodus Adventure Travels”). These terms and conditions only apply for UK residents. For customers resident in the USA please see (www.exodustravels.com/us/loyalty) and for customers resident in Canada please see (www.exodustravels.com/ca/loyalty) .
- If you have travelled with Exodus Adventure Travels once or twice only in any 12 month period, you will have Trailblazer membership of the Exodus Club and are entitled to either: one free night of Pre or Post trip accommodation, or, one free room upgrade up to the value of £150, on your second trip only (subject to these terms and conditions) (the “Trailblazer Benefit”). You may only pick one of these benefits and it is not possible to benefit from both.
- Your Trailblazer Benefit on your second trip booked with Exodus Adventure Travels is valid for 12 months from the return date of your first Exodus Adventure Travels trip. It has a maximum value of £150. The Trailblazer Benefit cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount, unless otherwise stated. If a new Exodus Adventure Travels trip is not booked within this time, your membership will expire and the Trailblazer Benefit will lapse and will no longer be available for use. Exodus Club membership and/or the Trailblazer Benefit cannot be extended or reinstated once expired, unless otherwise agreed in writing with Exodus Adventure Travels.
- If you have previously travelled with Exodus Adventure Travels at least twice in the past 3 years, you will have Globetrotter membership of the Exodus Club and are entitled to a 5% loyalty discount off your third to seventh trips with Exodus Adventure Travels (the “Globetrotter Benefit”).
- Globetrotter membership of the Exodus Club and the Globetrotter Benefit is valid for 36 months from the return date of your second Exodus Adventure Travels trip. At the end of this 36-month period your Globetrotter membership will expire, and you will no longer have access to, or benefit from, the Globetrotter Benefit for any trips booked following the expiration of your Globetrotter membership. Exodus Club membership and/or the Globetrotter Benefit cannot be extended or reinstated once expired, unless otherwise agreed in writing with Exodus Adventure Travels.
- If you have returned from at least seven Exodus Adventure Travels trips you will have Pioneer membership of the Exodus Club and are entitled to a 10% loyalty discount off your eighth trip and any subsequent trip thereafter which is taken with Exodus Adventure Travels (the “Pioneer Benefit”).
- Pioneer membership of the Exodus Club and the Pioneer Benefit is valid for life from the return date of your seventh Exodus Adventure Travels trip.
- If your Trailblazer or Globetrotter membership of the Exodus Club expires you will not be entitled to a loyalty discount or benefit on your next booking. Your record of the number of Exodus Adventure Travels trips taken will be kept active, and your membership of the Exodus Club may be reinstated if you travel on a subsequent Exodus Travels trip.
- You do not need to be the lead passenger on the booking to use your Exodus Club loyalty discount.
- Promotions and discounts will be applied per passenger, over the age of 18, and not per booking and can only be applied to the person(s) who has travelled with Exodus Adventure Travels previously and are entitled to a loyalty discount as members of the Exodus Club.
- If you have taken trips with Exodus Adventure Travels pre-2008 and would like them to be counted towards Pioneer membership, you will need to be able to detail the trips taken and in what year.
- Application of your promotion or discount does not apply to or affect the deposit payment and instead is calculated towards the balance payment of your booking.
- The deposit payment as standard is as per section 4 in our booking terms and conditions, which can be accessed here.
- Your loyalty discount is shown as a line on your invoice and applied at final payment stage.
- Loyalty discount exclusions include but are not limited to pre or post tour hotel costs, insurance, trip extensions, flight supplements, single supplements, bike hire, or local activity costs deemed as extra, and the cost of such extras where they are added to your booking will not have the loyalty discount applied.
- Loyalty discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated.
- Exodus Club loyalty discounts are offered at the discretion of Exodus Adventure Travels, and Exodus Adventure Travels has the right to terminate discounts or to change the discount rules, regulations, conditions of participation levels, in whole or part, at any time, with or without notice, even though these changes may affect the value of the discount already accumulated.
- Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to past bookings or trips already taken.
- If booking through an agent, the discount can still be applied if you can provide evidence of your qualifying trips, however, Exodus Travels is not liable for any extra costs or discounts incurred through your chosen agent.
- Cancellation, either by you or by Exodus Travels, of a future booking with a loyalty discount does not automatically entitle you to a loyalty discount on a subsequent booking. If you do not rebook by the date of expiry of your Exodus Club membership you will not be permitted to have a loyalty discount on your next booking.
- You will not have Pioneer membership of the Exodus Club and will not be entitled to a 10% loyalty discount until you return from your seventh Exodus Travels trip. Cancellation of your seventh Exodus Travels trip prior to travel will result in your Exodus Club membership expiry date reverting to Globetrotter membership status following the return date of your most recent trip and if this date has past 36 months your membership will have expired .
- You will not have Globetrotter membership of the Exodus Club if you have travelled on fewer than two Exodus Travels trips regardless of the number of future bookings you may hold with Exodus Travels. You are not entitled to a 5% loyalty discount on a third or subsequent booking until you return from your second Exodus Travels trip. Loyalty discount will not be applied retroactively after the initial holiday cost is agreed.
- As a member of the Exodus Club, you will be entitled to up to 3 Exodus Signpost Magazines and one free calendar per calendar year. These are offered at the discretion of Exodus Adventure Travels and are subject to change and availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
- Exodus Club partnership discounts are offered at the discretion of Exodus Adventure Travels and our partner suppliers and are subject to change and availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Exodus Adventure Travels are not responsible for the provision of goods or services offered by our partners and are not liable for any damages arising from your use of Exodus Club partnership discounts.
- Exodus Club exclusive previews and events, including but not limited to live events, webinars, special offers, and new trip announcements, are offered at the discretion of Exodus Adventure Travels and may not be provided in instances where we deem it unnecessary to do so.
- Exodus Club Refer a Friend discounts are offered at the discretion of Exodus Adventure Travels and are subject to change and availability and may be withdrawn at any time. For full terms and conditions relating to Refer a Friend, please visit https://www.exodus.co.uk/holiday-offers/refer-a-friend
- Exodus Club Priority New Trip Access provides 7 days priority access to view and book new trips before spaces are offered to non-loyalty members.
- Exclusive Exodus Club previews, news and discounts will be communicated via email, post, phone, or SMS where we have your express permission to contact you using any of these methods. If you have not opted-in or have opted-out of any or all these methods of communication, we will be unable to inform you of your latest Exodus Club benefits.
