A holiday that was physiclly challenging but not so much that it was too much.I liked the idea of being ”offroad’ most of the time. The trip leaders were excellent, empathetic, and flexible. Highlight was summiting out on a gloriously clear day

A really good trip with likeminded people. Excellent local guides who were flexible and gave us an insight into local culture and life in the Atlas Mountains as well as leading us up the mountain.
Great group and numerous laughs.Being at top of Mount Toubkal, despite feeling effects of altitude!Fantastic scenery, particularly in the snow and sun.Visit to local Hammam was definitely memorable!
Both were excellent. Confident, professional and very focussed on our safety and well being.Adapted calmly to request to amend itinerary as a result of altitude issues.
Refuge and guest house colder than expected - really do need to take warm clothes and down jackets do make a difference ihn the evening.Advice given on need for very stiff boots not quite as essential as expected.
This trip gave a good overview of the country, its history and culture. Doing a multi stop trip afforded us some quality time in each location, we were able to absorb the different atmosphere between north and south and see the things we most wanted to
difficult to decide on one, but enjoyed kayaking in Halong bay, looking around Hoi An, the Cu chi tunnels and war museums in Hanoi and Saigon. Angkor Wat complex was also clearly in a league of its own.
Very friendly, helpful and wanted to help us make the most of our stay in his country.
Only to choose carefully between the different types of holiday available from Exodus in Vietnam. There are many ways to see the country and you have to work out your priorities and work this in with the travel arrangements
Wow what a week, we had a fantastic time, Eki was an excellent guide, the food was great, scenery stunning and the activities were brilliant. Only downside was no Northern Lights but still a great week to remember and the weather can’t be helped.
The trip highlights were the snowshoe trip to Castle Rocks and Dog Sledding.
Eki was a great group leader and made the week go very smoothly and we always felt informed as where we needed to be and when.
Take your own baselayers, hat and gloves - essential to keep warm. Be ready for an active week!
Just thought I’d respond to Heidi’s comment that people should be prepared to help out if you are to keep to your schedule: On a previous trip (Nambia) our guide Maxwell TOLD US OFF for helping: "This is a fully serviced camping trip – it is what you pay for." And this is the case for the J’burg to Cape Town trip. You don’t need to help. The crew are well-drilled and operate like clockwork when clearing camp. Yes, of course you can help with stacking a few chairs etc. but more often than not it is the guests that hold things up. Another gem from Maxwell, and taken on too by Sifiso, our South African guide – "A packed bag is you pass to the breakfast table!" And how well that works. It was often the case that guests were so busy helping out clearing camp that we were held up and had to wait for THEM to pack their bags. No problems with the schedules – all you have to do is make sure that YOU are ready. (A great trip which I could readily do again.)
Mind blowing whistle stop trip. Brilliant guide, no where in the world can prepare you for Rajastan, it is unique.
Seeing a tiger at 50 mtrs in Rathanbore and sitting beside her for 15minutes.Friendly and communitive peopleHeritage Guest HousesRanakpur temple carvings and Mogul minature paintings in JodhpurBundi and chittagarth as an example of real India,of the tourist trail
Absolutely brilliant, So enthusiastic and informative. Phased by nothing, took everything in his stride.Arranged additional trips to cooking lessons and a bollywood film. Also a cultural evening in Udaipur
If you are travelling as a couple make sure both names are on your travel/flight documents otherwise the security will not let you into Delhi Airport.Recommend sticking to a diet of Indian food.Go with the flow and abandon all pre-concieved ideas.
A holiday that exceeded all expectations. Stunning scenery, abundant wildlife, a great team and a superb boat and crew
Seeing that being a penguin parent is true dedication!
"Blessed are the flexible for they shall not be bent out of shape....." A quote from a member of the group that sums up Woody. Excellent does also.

Had a brilliant time. The leader was superb and the tour all encompassing.
The whole trip was inspirational so much to see and do - still trying to take it all in. Coming down from Lions Rock in a tropical storm soaked to the skin but warm; being brave enough to do white water rafting - only grade 3 but enough for me! Riding an elephant , seeing crocodiles in Yala, friendly locals waving as we drove past, the excitement of seeing the golden casket in the Temple of the Tooth in Kandy and so much more.
Sujan was an excellent leader - very knowledgeable, friendly and kept us in order!
Take plenty of loose cotton clothing. There's only one cool night and the hotel offer you hot water bottles. Insects weren't a major problem at least not with 50% Deet insect repellent. Some of the coach journeys are long and winding so take travel sickness tablets if you need them.I changed £160 at the airport and a further £60 in Kandy - that was plenty unless you want to buy jewellery in the gem factory! Do as many of the optional extras as possible and have fun.
A great chance to see spectacular mountain and coastal landscapes, away from the crowds of the big towns, and generally on quiet roads with little traffic apart from the occasional donkey! The trip gave us a good taster for Morocco, and left us wanting to come back again to discover more of the country.
We had the chance to talk to members of a womens' cooperative near Essaouira, who were producing products from Argan oil. This provided them with a level of independence unusual in the traditionally male dominated Moroccan society.
Andy, our leader, made sure that at all times, all members of the group were ok, and quickly sorted out any issues relating to bikes or accommodation.
This was my second trip with Exodus, and both times my expectations have been exceeded-if you have not used Exodus before, do so soon-you will have a great time, and many memories to treasure.
