Our journey begins in Seville, a city where Moorish arches meet Renaissance courtyards and plazas hum with quiet artistry.
Complimentary arrival transfers are provided today. Those arriving early may choose to trace the Jewish legacy of Barrio de Santa Cruz, its lacework lanes and sunlit patios alive with stories of Sephardic life (available on request).
As evening falls, gather for a welcome reception in the legendary Hotel Alfonso XIII. Andaluz flavours – golden olive oil, Ibérico ham, and market-fresh produce – meet contemporary finesse, paired with regional wines. A refined introduction to the warmth and elegance of southern Spain.
Overnight at Hospes Las Casas del Rey de Baeza
With your art historian guide, step inside Seville’s enduring monuments: the Moorish splendour of the Alcázar and the vast Gothic Cathedral, final resting place of Christopher Columbus. Each stone tells of empires, artisans, and the blending of faiths that shaped the city’s soul.
Later, Andalucía’s culinary heart reveals itself in a lively show-cooking session at Restaurante Alabardero. Prepare classic regional dishes in a convivial kitchen before sharing your creations over lunch. The day ends at El Pintón, where modern Spanish dining unfolds in a warm, urban setting.
Second night at Hospes Las Casas del Rey de Baeza
Signature Experience: Leave Seville for the folds of the countryside: silvered olive groves, chestnut forests, and whitewashed villages clinging to hillsides. Near Ronda, meet the family behind a private winery. Walk through their vines, learn their craft, and share a homemade meal paired with their wines.
After a panoramic pause in Ronda, return to Seville for an evening of authentic tapas. Moving between taverns and bars, you’ll taste the city’s social spirit – plates shared, stories swapped, and glasses raised beneath tiled walls.
Third night at Hospes Las Casas del Rey de Baeza
Today is your Signature Day, designed to connect you with Andalucía’s spirit in your own way. You could:
Regroup this evening in the creative district of La Alameda, where ConTenedor welcomes us for dinner. This celebrated slow-food restaurant champions seasonal Andaluz produce and contemporary flair. Dishes are served with warmth and imagination, surrounded by art-filled walls and the hum of conversation, the perfect close to a day of discovery and choice.
Fourth night at Hospes Las Casas del Rey de Baeza
Depart Seville for Córdoba, where the echoes of Al-Andalus linger in courtyards of jasmine and marble. A local historian introduces us to Córdoba’s Golden Age and convivencia, the coexistence of cultures that shaped the city’s identity.
Explore the Mezquita’s arches, the quiet Synagogue, and the Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos. After lunch, continue to our Signature Stay in Granada, Hospes Palacio de los Patos, a restored 19th-century palace built for a sugar magnate.
Relax and enjoy the hotel facilities before dinner at Albidaya, where Andaluz and Moorish cuisine meet in an elegant tasting menu crafted by chef Ismael Abderrahman.
Overnight at Hospes Palacio de los Patos
Signature Experience: A private visit unveils the Alhambra: palaces of lace-carved stucco, echoing courtyards, and serene gardens once home to Nasrid sultans. With your guide, a specialist in Andaluz history and Islamic heritage, wander through the Generalife and Alcazaba, where each arch holds a verse of poetry in stone.
Continue on foot through the Albaicín, a labyrinth of cobbled lanes and jasmine-scented courtyards, where balconies frame views of the Alhambra across the valley. A relaxed local lunch punctuates the day’s discoveries, followed by an afternoon at leisure.
Second night at Hospes Palacio de los Patos
Signature Experience: Venture into the Jaén province, the cradle of Spanish olive oil, to meet a family who have tended their centenary olive groves for generations. Walk among ancient trees, taste oils of remarkable depth, and learn how land and heritage intertwine in every drop.
Continue to the Renaissance towns of Úbeda and Baeza, admiring their elegant plazas and palaces. As night falls, ascend to Sacromonte for a farewell dinner in an atmospheric cave venue: local dishes and the pulse of flamenco performed just steps away.
Third night at Hospes Palacio de los Patos
Before taking your complimentary departure transfer to the airport, take a moment to enjoy a final stroll through palace gardens or a quiet coffee beneath the Alhambra’s gaze. This chapter may close, but Andalucía’s rhythm lingers long after your return.
