Customer Operations Support position - available 3 months contract

The Exodus Customer Operations team's role is to liaise with overseas suppliers, deal directly with post sale customer requests and arrange for documentation to be produced on time.

If you would like to join this busy team located in our Balham office, there is currently a role available for a 3 month full time contract.

Customer Operations Support

You will support and work closely with the Customer Operations Support team, with responsibility for:

  • Work closely with Customer Operations Support team to ensure consistently high standards of documentations are sent to customers
  • Work closely with Aviation team and deal with schedule changes
  • Provide visa support letters for clients where needed
  • Following up customers’ details if required
  • Any additional tasks as deemed necessary

The successful candidate will have excellent time management and prioritisation skills, a travelling background and experience in a previous customer facing role is preferable

Salary: £18,000 per annum

The position is for a 3 month full time contract starting on the 15th April and applicants would need to consider any current notice period.
