Customer Operations Support

Exodus Travels is currently looking for a full time, permanent Customer Operations Support to join our busy team in London with an immediate start!

What will you do?
Working closely with the Customer Operations Support Supervisor and Customer Operations Executives, you’ll support the long haul and short haul regions whilst providing inspirational customer service, post sales.

Who are you?
You’re a customer service champion who handles client correspondence in a friendly, professional, and timely manner. You have excellent written communication skills and you’re confident on the phone. You’re able to prioritise your workload whilst maintaining a flexible and proactive approach to your responsibilities, whether you’re working autonomously or as part of a team. Previous customer-facing experience is a distinctive advantage—not to mention good travelling experience and an interest in adventure travel!
