Brochure Production Manager

POSITION PURPOSE:
The Brochure Production Manager is responsible for the smooth, coordinated operation of producing Exodus’ brochures and their delivery throughout the year.  This role will see oversee the full responsibility of the brochures including full content from start to finish.

All outcomes are measured by Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) determined each year.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Proven project management skills
Experience in brochure or magazine production essential
Proven skills in editing, proof reading and copy writing
Desk top publishing skills such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Quark & InDesign an advantage but not essential

OTHER SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage a team (initially outsourced) and influence others
Excellent written skills
Innovative, artistic and creative
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy
High standards of customer service both internal & external
An understanding of and belief in Exodus’ Responsible Travel philosophy
Experience in (Adventure) travel desirable not critical
Friendly, flexible, adaptable
Team player
Responsible and reliable
Passion for travel 
A sense of humour

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
To attend marketing meetings as scheduled
To attend monthly office meetings (6.00pm)
Be prepared to work long days (12+ hours), 7 days a week when required for specific periods (eg. brochure production)
