We're booked on the Discover Burma trip (starting Rangoon 24 Nov ) but travelling from the UK on Qatar airline, not the group flight,  so probably won't meet up with the group until we arrive. Unless, of course, you get in touch beforehand!

Hi Peter & Liz.  Look forward to meeting you in Rangoon as I'm travelling from LHR with the group.

My main motivation for this trip is photography.  Are there any other serious photographers in the group?

Hi Tim

We're both "point and press" photographers. We're planning to take larger memory cards with us as everyone says Burma is amazing and we do tend to snap away!

Hi everyone, we're joinng you on this amazing trip - we're seasoned Exodus travellers (think this is our 8th) and we're always had a great time. Tim, I'm keen on photography and take loads but have just bought a new bridge camera with a great zoom but now need to learn how to use it!! We're on the group flight so may see you in the queue... ! Peter & Liz, we'll look forward to meeting you there. Here's to some warmer weather :) Daphne & Alan

Hi both

We've been on a few group trips and always enjoyed them. It's good to hear that you've been with Exodus before - one of the pleasures of these trips is swapping travellers' tales and tips for future trips. A good group makes all the difference to the trip and this message board is a great way to get in touch before we go. The weather here in the UK has just turned colder so it will be a pleasant change to be somewhere warm for a couple of weeks. Other feedback has suggested that it can be cold in Kalaw at night, but I've just Googled a weather forecast for it which says the pm temperature is well into the teens. See y'all in Rangoon!
