Is there anything else you would like to add?
Given the fact that due to lack of guaranteed available supplies on the way all our food had to be carried from the start of the trek, our cook Bim produced some superb meals.
I can unreservedly recommend this trek to anyone who wants to experience a trek in Nepal that is off the beaten track.
I would advise flying out to Kathmandu before the group flight - I went 2 days early. This enabled me to go shopping for a sleeping bag and down jacket (trekking gear is so cheap there compared to the UK), and to take the early morning mountain flight to see the mountains east of Kathmandu, including Everest, from the air. This is an experience not to be missed, but which the group flights' arrival and departure does not allow time for.
Finally, knowing that the next time this trip runs will be in the spring, I should mention that we passed through so many rhododendron forests that it will be a very colourful trek when they are in flower!
