DISCOVER BURMA

Excellent holiday, but too many early starts to catch flights that didn't turn up for hours because of fog. Wasted a lot of time sitting in airport lounges.

This was my first Exodus tour and I can hardly wait for more. The small groups allow plenty of time to get to know fellow travelers and the guide and also allows for flexibility - some places we were ready to leave earlier than scheduled and others we needed a bit more time - neither was a problem. We watched many cruise tour buses stop for a short while and shook our heads wondering how anyone could possibly explore Petra in less than the two days we had. The night we spent in Wadi Rum was amazing. The hospitality and food were excellent, the beds warm and comfortable. Although the weather in February was a little cooler than I would have liked for the beach, it's hard to imagine making a trip to Jordan without a float in the Dead Sea or the spectacular snorkeling in the Red Sea. Most important of all was our guide, Khaleb. He brought Jordan to life from the moment he told us "when you are in Jordan, you are a Jordanian - everyone is welcome."

Blurred tigers, wonky Taj: fabulous memories

A very good, exciting and varied introduction to Northern India, taking in architecture, wildlife and culture. Suitable for flexible people in reasonably good health who don't mind 6am starts (half the time). It really is not possible to do any more in the time allowed. Group age was approx. 35 - 65, and we all got along fine.

KERALA & TROPICAL INDIA

This was a great trip with an interesting group of people and wonderful support from our leader Joseph who was always there to help in all matters. He was so efficient that we may have become too dependent on him. Abby was also very committed and gave me a lot of snacks and water going up Ooty.

DISCOVER ETHIOPIA

Generally a very informative, interesting trip and fulfilled expectations of Ethiopia. In chronological order following suggestions -a group Ethiopian dinner at Ghion on first night ; optional boat trip at lake Tana to be included; full/extra day at Simien NP (altho' hotel at Debark terrible ,worst by far) free time on days 2,9 + 12 not really required; consider extn to Harar to be included and journey south to lakes to be optional ?Overall culture and security made it a lot more enjoyable than some other African countries.

ATLAS DESCENT

A fantastic break with lots of opportunities to see the Morocco countryside. The mountain biking was always fun, sometimes technical and while mostly downhill it was still a good test of fitness.

CYCLE THE BACKROADS OF SRI LANKA

A superb trip. Our leader Suresh was outstanding. There were almost no bus journeys, it was cycling all the way. A big plus for me.
