EAST AFRICA SAFARI

A holiday adventure experience which I will not forget - when friends & family asked how was it I say it was like being in a David Attenborough programme! I chose this Exodus trip because it went to two countries and covered many of the famous national parks. It certainly is a group holiday and there is extensive travel but the pay off is the variety of flora, fauna and culture you experience. Lucky to see the BiG 5 in the first 72 hours!

Exodus Response

We are glad that this client enjoyed the family-run restaurants and further to her feedback we have asked our leaders to avoid tourist restaurants where possible and recommend smaller establishments instead. We are pleased that the reviewer found Naing to be great but sorry that she felt her second leader was rather tired; this is certainly not the type of feedback we wish to receive so we have followed up on this. We are pleased that it was a great trip overall.

All in all, this was an excellent, well-organised trip and a wonderful way to see some beautiful parts of Morocco that the average visitor to Morocco does not get to see. There was a range of riding to test and keep everyone happy and content, but it was tough going sometimes

What a trip -- the memory will live with me for the rest of my life and am so glad that I walked the trail. Have wanted to do it for a while but other committments have always got in the way. Great group and have made many more new friends. Go for it -- you will not regret it. WONDERFUL.

An excellent and varied trip through two beautiful countries.  There is quite a bit of driving involved but the scenery is always interesting so time seems to pass relatively quickly.

Amazing trip! Trekking absolutely excellent although challenging. The day when we had to walk almost 900m up the hill was difficult, but we felt that we have really achieved something. River rafting excellent as well. All the lodges during the trekking and rafting part of the holidays were absolutely brilliant and we have even been treated with a cup of tea in the morning to watch the sunrise! We haven't enjoyed Chitwan that much and we felt that it would have been much more enjoyable to have couple more days trekking instead. We were a bit disappointed that we were not actually staying/visiting the park itself - we were only allowed on the outskirts. Overall excelent and definitely recommended.

Guatemalan Highlands & Volcanoes

The real Guatemala

There is a wet season. We saw highland Guatemala like it truly is, even when the tourists aren't there. Mountain villages, colourful markets, a religious festival. But it rained, a lot. The wildflowers were magnificent, but we didn't get many views of distant volcanoes. The active volcanoes on the itinerary were both deemed currently too dangerous. For me, as a seasoned Scottish hill walker, too few of the days were long and challenging.
