Do you have any advice for potential travellers?
We did not really need sleeping bags, as the hostels in Bolivia had proper beds and bedding, we may just have been lucky with where we stayed, so suggest check before you leave them behind.
The atmosphere in the Andes is very dry so take lip balm etc, this does make sleeping quite difficult.
Traveling on the night bus from Buenos aires was an enjoyable experience apart from travelling with a world record snorer!
There are various insects that bite, so take a supply of deet and keep covered up. Also most of us suffered from holiday stomachs at some point so take some Imodium tablets.
The hot springs are well worth a dip!
