What was the most inspirational moment of your trip?
The many woodland walks, carpeted by leaves, were all magical - even when the sun was not shining.
The hardest day physically was the 10 hours spent climbing Mt. Katahdin in Maine's Baxter State Park. Clear blue sky. Long section of scrambling over large boulders. Enlivened on the descent by me inadvertingly head butting a boulder!
Two excellent optional activities were taken. A flight in a 6 seater seaplane, with a very knowledgeable pilot.
A trip out in a lobster boat. Hauling up 3 creels with there hoped for inhabitants - all thrown back.
