After our return, we’ve had a couple of days to practise changing lanes at busy intersections with the dexterity of an Amman taxi driver, and possibly to develop that subtle beep on the horn to enable other drivers to move aside.
Now after all that healthy food and exercise, it’s back to whatever’s in the fridge.
Intrigued by that story at Karak, in the library on Monday a book on the Crusades leapt out at me and I had to borrow it.
