in addition to no one at exodus being around if you are booked on the group flight you cannot use the BA website to try to change your flight and BA are not answering their phones.  Guess will try again in the morning

I was booked on this trip - tried to drive to Gatwick earlier but failed (2 hours to cover half a mile). Checked BA website and flight cancelled and no seats apparently till Tuesday. Spoke to someone on emergency Exodus number who advised it was BA's responsibility given they cancelled flights. As noted BA website doesn't deal with group flight and no one answering phone. BA also advise not going to airport if your flight cancelled but my insurance company said if flight does go and I'm not at airport I am not insured. Bit of a dilemma and sad not to escape.

There is a Naples BA flight 2162 operating today at 1420.

Just a bit sad that one can't book it .

I'll lay odds it doesn't depart full.

As a last ditch I went out to Gatwick to see if I could find a way to rebook on site but it was hopeless, the BA departures terminal is a complete zoo with lines so long no one could tell me where they actually started or what they were for, the south terminal was not nearly as bad for the airlines that had not made the unilateral decision to just cancel everything

How brave of you to go to the airport - hope journey not too horrendous. Not sure what else we could / should do apart from put the kettle on!

Ironically for once the the journey to the airport was fine, trains were running perfectly.  About the most common comment i heard was how easy everyone had been able to get there!

Very, very disappointed with Exodus :no update since Friday, no message - even though they have mobile numbers. Their conditions clearly state that they will do their best to re-book us on the next available flight. Now looks like no seats on B.A. Naples flights 'til Thursday.

Read a rumour from another customer that the office was due to open at 10a.m. today to 'deal with the situation'. Hmm . . . just got the usual out-of-office ansaphone again.

 Any news, anybody?

Hi Guys, I'm on a different trip leaving today - anyway I managed to get straight through on the customer operations number - 0845 863 9643 which is a different number the 24hr line are telling people to call.  But the guy was quite helpful, told me they are trying to rearrange flights for my trip and will contact people as soon as they have something sorted.

Good luck and enjoy your trip :)

Got hold of Exodus.  Guy was helpful but nothing he can do as they cannot talk to BA group bookings until Monday (BA issue not their's).  In any case the earliest flights look like Thursday or later so I have cancelled.  Apparently the tour is still going ahead with the 6 people who were not on the group flight (but if you are one of them don't take my word for this) so if you have a way to get to the start point then good luck
