Andy's bear encounterSenior Product Manager

Joined Exodus in: 2000
A love of cycling from an early age meant that Andy was always destined to travel. This began with cycling to and from school, followed by a misspent youth racing BMX bikes. The distances have increased a little since then, culminating with two 4000+ mile rides around the States and Mexico. Five years leading cycling, trekking and snowshoe trips for Exodus enabled him to travel much further afield and this experience is put to good use in his current role managing the short haul Product team.

AmandaWinter Product Manager

Joined Exodus in: 2004
As comfortable in French or Italian as she is in English, a passion for languages started Amanda's travels across Western Europe. Although her primary aim was to be understood, she found a new world of cultures and traditions that were much more fascinating. Language gives us unique insight into a nation and it is simply the ability to communicate (even with hand signals as in Italy!) that inspires Amanda. Radek’s passion for travel started young, when he first began to visit different regions of his native Poland. Moving to the UK in 2007 to start a Tourism course at Surrey University, he was already planning something on a bigger scale and, as he’s always been keen on trekking and rock climbing, the Himalayas were the natural choice. That trip took Radek through India, Nepal and South East Asia, trekking, rock climbing and having the best time of his life so far! Since joining Exodus in 2012, Radek still dreams about visiting every corner of the globe, finding new challenges, unspoilt mountain ranges and unclimbed rocks!
