KILIMANJARO - LEMOSHO ROUTE AND SAFARI

An amazing 2 weeks, I loved the 8 day trek and would do it again, with stunning scenery/views and with good company, across both the group, guides and porters. The safari was a great introduction to safari and covered such a wide area (and animals!) in such a short period of time across the Ngorongoro Crater and Serengeti.

I thoroughly enjoyed another Exodus holiday. Our guide Alison was brilliant, having lived and worked in Turkey for 16 years, she had excellent local knowledge and was really informative. I would recomend this holiday and exodus to my friends.

KILIMANJARO CLIMB - LEMOSHO ROUTE

The climb itself was exceptional. The African Walking Company were incredibly hospitable and cheerful.  The representative from Exodus however, was less than helpful. In london, i confirmed the schedule over the phone - he had told us that we were sceduled to leave in the morning.. in fact the walking company were to arrive the next day in the afternoon.. and there was another nights stay at a differing hotel.I had to call from Tanzania, spoke to said representative and he assured me that someone would be picking us up that day. However, he was incorrect and once i had spoken to him a second time he did not apologise for the mistake and was most unhelpful. Due to this representative of Exodus, i am very sceptical of usign Exodus again.

DISCOVER COSTA RICA

Excellent tour by Exodus.  Beautiful nature and the lodges give you a chance to enjoy a real rain and cloud forest experience.  I was surprised how environmental consciousness the country is.  Well done Costa Rica !

A HIMALAYAN JOURNEY - AMRITSAR TO LEH

I had always wanted to see the Himalaya and I was rewarded by the spectacular landscapes we encountered on our way to different passes. notably the Khardung pass at 5602m and the Tagland La pass at 5328m.  The roads were so narrow and incredibly precarious that it could be quite thrilling and scary in turn when we drove close to the edge.  I was fascinated by the Tibetan culture and was pleased to be able to visit some of their impressive monasteries and get to talk to some Tibetans.  I loved to explore their bazaars.

PHOTOGRAPHIC SAFARI

My photographic safari based at Kicheche Bush camp, surpassed all previous wildlife trips by virtue of the abundance of game, plus the manifest non-stop action, coupled with animal behaviour that I have never witnessed before.

DISCOVER ETHIOPIA

Ethiopia is a country that is horrifically misunderstood by so many people. Visiting this incredible, staggeringly beautiful place for yourself will reward you with the most stunning, amazing experiences (and photographs!) which will live with you for ever. Forget what you THINK you know about Ethiopia (and don't listen to the opinions of people who've never been!) and prepare yourself for one hell of a trip.

HIGHLIGHTS OF MOROCCO

As the holiday title suggests, what you get on this holiday is an insight to the highlights of Morocco - a country with a lot to offer the traveller.  This therefore does involve a lot of time spent travelling, which in our case was extremely cramped as the trip was full with 16 adults on a small, old 18 seater mini-bus (plus guide & driver).
