Discover Iceland

This was an excellent trip . The countryside is amazing and we were able to get out an explore every day without spending too much time in the bus. Our guide and driver were very efficient, friendly and fun to be with. The accommodation was good and varied and the food was excellent. We also really enjoyed the alfresco lunches with their surprises prepared by Saja our guide,-- sometimes with our help.

Discover Iceland 27th July - 3rd august

I had a wonderful time. Everything went according to plan. The places we visited were fantastic and the timings and organisation were excellent. The places we stayed were very clean and everybody we met was very friendly and helpful. The warning in the trip notes about the quality of rooms was unfounded, they were no where near as basic as we had been led to believe. Iceland is absolutely beautiful and the scenery and the wildlife is so much better than I had ever imagined. The food at every hotel was excellent and the lunches described as 'packed' in the brochure were in reality a buffet every day with hot drinks.

ICELANDIC HIGHLIGHTS

A well thought-out way to get a good look at Iceland in a short space of time. It would be hard to see this many wonders and get this much insight under your own steam.

ICELANDIC HIGHLIGHTS

If you like scenery then this is the holiday for you. As well as including the Golden Circle which all weekend trippers to Reykjavik have to do, you see parts of the country without having to queue behind other tour buses. You do however have to get out of the bus and use your legs!
