An excellent and inspiring holiday stunningmountain views and fun but challenging walks, but with adequate breaks for coffe and some great cakes at some amazing mountain refuges Great travelling compaions , the wet nights under the stars helped us to bond and a sense of humour was always enjoyed Great guide in Heather, who was always helpful and friendly and certainly knows her way in the mountains.

Walking The Amalfi Coast

Walking the Amalfi Coast

A wonderfully organised trip which meant that everyday we were seeing different parts of the stunning Amalfi Coast. The heat meant some of the walks were a little challenging to say the least, especially the steps which were frequent! The hotel due Torri was a lovely family run hotel in a great location with good facilities and great food and the staff couldn't do enough for you. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others, in fact I already have! I will certainly be looking to book my next trip with Exodus.

Trails of Borneo

A good way to travel around such an interesting country.

The trip certainly covered some of the highlights of Borneo, so many activities are crammed in it really does feel like you get value for money. We couldn't do the mountain climb but instead went snorkeling, ziplined, travelled by bike which was an interesting way to see the country and went to a cultural village (defiantly volunteer to be chief its a lot of fun!) The trip was well organised and we felt safe at all times. The headhunters trail, while long feels like a real achievement when finished and the trip didn't feel strenuous at all, you may however want to bring a stick if you are unsteady when walking. The boat trips at the myne resort were a definite highlight and the accommodation there was amazing, we could have stayed for longer quite happily! Also while there we saw a wild orangutan in the trees on a day walk which was truely magical, and while we couldn't go on a nightwalk we did get to see a wild python up close which was pretty cool! Overall the trip was excellent and we were very sad to go home, you wont be disappointed!

Tour du Mont Blanc Camping Trek

Walking in the clouds

Two weeks camping trip in August 2015. The start of the trip was very wet and we were walking in the rain/clouds a lot of the time so missed the amazing views that we should have been experiencing. We were up early each morning and had to be packed up and tents down by 7am each day. The walks were challenging. Although the distances walked each day are not great, the gradient of the paths made the walks more challenging than I was expecting.

A fantastic induction to 3 central American countries.... covering pacific and caribbean coasts, spending most of the time surrounded by fantastic scenery. I think we had a very authentic experience... in terms of the best sites, seeing where indigenous people lived, and plenty of opportunity for wildlife spotting along the way. The cycling was a good challenge but not overly taxing. It was well paced and the days were very well structured to give a great balance of cycling, sight-seeing, meal times and R&R.

A trip that will last in your memory for a lifetime. The views were stunning, the food and people were fantastic and the steps, well what can I say, thousands of them. Walks that take you around the rim and down into the crater, alongside rivers and up to waterfalls as well as the most enchanting coastal scenery viewpoints, then into historical Pompei and then onto the beautiful romantic island of Capri. One not to miss out on.
