WALK ON THE WILD SIDE
Dear Traveller,
To celebrate the launch of our latest brochure, Wildlife Encounters, we are taking a walk on the wild side this month with a round-up of our best wildlife treks.
Walking is an exciting way to see your favourite animals, be it a bison steaming by a towering geyser in Yellowstone National Park, a giant tortoise munching on an equatorial salad in the Galapagos or a giraffe grazing in Kruger National Park.
In other news this month, there have been some astonishing feline developments in Ladakh - not one but two sightings on our pioneering In Search of the Snow Leopard trip. These elusive cats were recently spotted prowling the Himalayan heights by our eagle-eyed guides and ecstatic group.
One lucky trekker on that seminal expedition told us he was moved to tears by the remarkable sighting… Indeed, encounters with animals on foot are magical moments, forever seared in the memory.
So, if you love wildlife and walking, read on to see what adventures await you.
Happy trekking!
